During my time as a Intern Graphic Designer at Vividspark I was tasked to create stunning eye catching social advertisements for First Call Heating • Air Conditioning • Plumbing's Facebook and Instagram pages.
Rational
For this project I was tasked with making an advertisement that highlights the warmth of summer to promote First Call Heating • Air Conditioning • Plumbing's air conditioning services.
I took their mascot Dave and placed him lounging on a beach chair taking in the hot sun to convey the heat that summer brings.
Process
When thinking of how to pose and draw First Call Heating • Air Conditioning • Plumbing's mascot Dave I came up with the idea of him lounging in a beach chair while enjoying the summer sun. So I took some pre-existing assets and added and tweaked elements to create the illustration of him lounging.
